Standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation
Chai Pe Date has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page is our published standard for preventing it, finding it, and reporting it.

Chai Pe Date is for people 18 and over. The profile form refuses any age under 18, an account cannot exist without a completed profile, and our store listing declares the same. Minors are not part of this product's audience, its features, or its content.
What is prohibited
Any content or conduct that sexualises, exploits, or endangers a child is prohibited absolutely: creating, sharing, or requesting child sexual abuse material (CSAM); grooming; sextortion; attempting to arrange contact with a minor; and any attempt by a minor to use the service by misrepresenting their age. There are no exceptions and no warnings — an account involved in any of this is removed.
How the product itself reduces risk
- Meetings are groups, in public, in daylight — at street-facing tea stalls, never in private venues. A group table that cannot fill dissolves rather than leaving two strangers alone.
- Conversation exists only between people at the same table, opens only after taking a seat, and is deleted a day after the table ends. There is no open messaging, no browsing of profiles, and no way to contact a stranger directly.
- Links and phone numbers do not pass through table threads.
Reporting, inside the app
Every message in a table thread carries a report control, and every photograph can be reported and taken down. Reports go to our staff. Anybody can also block another member, which removes all shared tables between them without announcing itself.
What we do with a report
Reports involving possible CSAE are treated as the most serious category we have. The account involved is suspended while we look, and a suspension survives account deletion — deleting an account does not shed it. Where a report involves child sexual abuse material or conduct, we report it to the relevant regional and national authorities, including law enforcement and the reporting channels the law of the member's jurisdiction provides, and we preserve what those authorities need from us to act.
Compliance
Chai Pe Date complies with applicable child safety laws in the jurisdictions where it operates, including its obligations to report CSAM to the appropriate authorities.
